As this is being written, I am in the midst of over a month of travel in India, including Mumbai and areas of Northern India. So much to see, so much to experience of this wonderful country. |

Two wonderful weeks back in Canada, catching up and remininscing with family and friends, followed by almost three weeks traveling in Thailand and Laos. I am so lucky to lead the life I do. |

Fortune once again has smiled upon me. I have been lucky enough to be asked to photograph a very multi-national wedding here in Taiwan. With a Canadian born Chinese bride, a Taiwanese born Dane groom and a guest list that included people from more countries and cultures than I am able to remember, this was truly a multi cultural event which I was very fortunate to be a part of. |

What a wonderful opportunity I have been presented. I am lucky enough to be able to travel to the Southern Philippines to participate in and photograph the wedding of some good friends. I love when I am able to mix three such wonderful things as friendship, travel and photography. |

The travel bug hit me once again and I delighted in being able to celebrate the Lunar New Year holiday (Tete) in and around Saigon, Viet Nam. A truly wonderful country and a great time to visit and experience the traditions of Tete. |

It is with great excitement and more than a little bit of pride that I announce one of my photos has been chosen as the cover photo for the January/February, 2005 issue of Travel in Taiwan magazine. While this is not the first photo of mine that they have used, it is my first cover and something of which I am very proud.

A magical nine day journey through the relatively unknown (to me at least) country of Myanmar. While the Burmese may be ruled by a questionable government, there is no denying the warmth, hospitality and genuine charm of the people of Myanmar. A truly wonderful trip and many thanks to Philip Coggan for his arrangements of such an adventure. |

I am happy and honored to say that choice to choose, an organization dedicated to helping some of the poorest children in China, has decided to use one of my photos in a series of postcards they are using to raise funds. It makes me feel happy and proud to be able to contribute to such a worthwhile cause. |

I am very proud to say that Travel in Taiwan, an English language magazine centered in Taipei has purchased a number of images of mine for publication in their current issue. This marks the first such professional work for me. |
