The Manikarnika Ghat in Varanasi is most widely known as the most popular of the burning ghats, where bodies are cremated on the edge of the Ganges. Photography of the burning is not appreciated, but I did find it interesting to see what an attraction the cremations were; even India's ubiquitous cows wanted to pop in and check out the action.
